Car Air Conditioning FAQS
LM Motors are well placed to take care all of your Vehicle Air Conditioning Re-gas, Repairs, Servicing and Inspection needs
Car air conditioning systems use refrigerant to absorb the heat from the air inside the car out of the car, leaving only cooled or 'conditioned' air behind to be recirculated. It is important that the rubber seals are regularly assessed for any signs of leaks or cracks which could indicate a loss of refrigerant.
To compensate for this happening the refrigerant in your Automotive Air Conditioner system should ideally be replenished completely within four years of the manufacture date and every two to three years after that.
You ought to take your vehicle to a qualified workshop such as LM Motors (AU09008) on a regular basis to make sure the air conditioning system continues performing efficiently as well as having the mechanics review the condition of the entire car.
Repco Authorised Service mechanics perform a 65 point Vehicle Inspection with every service and are able to provide a warning about any items that may need to be replaced in the near future or those that are already damaged beyond repair.
